Island Grand remains closed as we work to reestablish our services. Guests with reservations at Island Grand will be accommodated at RumFish Beach until Island Grand is reopened. We will contact you directly should your reservation be affected.

Upon reopening, Guests will enjoy 24/7 front desk services, daily housekeeping, operational elevators, dining options at RumFish Grill, Sunshine Grounds n' Goods, and poolside bites from our eclectic VW Van, access to the beachfront pool and Oasis Courtyard pool, and a daily schedule of recreation and activities.

The following food and beverage options are open at ready to serve you!

• RumFish Grill restaurant and bar: open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Starting Oct. 25, RumFish Grill will be open for breakfast as well, starting at 7:00 a.m.
• Sunshine Grounds n' Goods: open daily from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Serving breakfast items, hearty sandwiches and grab-and-go items.
• VW Van: serving poolside bites, located on the pool deck at RumFish Beach.
• Poolside Bar: serving tropical drinks, cold beer and wine on the pool deck.

The following activities are included in the Resort Amenity Fee. Activities that were previously located at our neighboring Island Grand hotel will be relocated to RumFish Beach, and available to our Guests.

Yes, we are reopening only after thoroughly assessing the safety and condition of the resort. We are continuing to restore the property, but the areas open to guests have been cleared for operation, and are safe.

Yes, daily housekeeping will be available to all guests to ensure your comfort.

Yes, both the Beachfront Pool and Oasis Courtyard Pool at RumFish Beach will be open, with available lounge seating for your relaxation. Island Grand pools remain closed.

Yes, parking is available for $25 per night in the parking garage at RumFish Beach, and in the parking lot at RumFish Grill restaurant. 

Yes, RumFish Grill is open daily for lunch and dinner, offering a limited menu from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Bar service is also available. Starting October 24, RumFish Grill will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Restoration is ongoing, and we will provide updates as we continue to work toward full recovery. We appreciate your patience as we restore the resort to its full capacity.

Guests with reservations at Island Grand will be accommodated at RumFish Beach until Island Grand is reopened. We will contact you directly should your reservation be affected.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly at reservations@twresort.com or through the platform where you originally booked your stay.

If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Booking.com or Expedia), please contact them directly regarding your reservation or refund request. We are in communication with these platforms and have notified them of the situation.
